We test various aspects of each product to ensure the quality and completeness before shipping out the products.

Safe delivery warranty

Normally, we use DHL/ HongKong Post to ship products.

• By DHL, you can have online tracking number to check on http://www.dhl.com within 2 days after payment confirmation.
• By Registered Airmail, you can have registered number to check departure status on http://app3.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp .
• By ordinary mail, for valued products, we recommend you not to use it for shipping, because it's untraceable.

   

Delivery Time (depends on your destination)

DHL door-to-door service:  4~10 days
Registered Airmail: 6~15 days
Air / Sea freight: floating, pls contact us.

12 Months Warranty, Free Repair

All our products come with 1 year warranty, physical damage to a product caused by the user invalidates the warranty.

    * If get faulty product, customer should contact us first, because most of problems can be solved by Email technical support.
    * Shipping cost had paid for delivery is not refundable. Partial refund will only returned to customer’s PayPal account after we receive the returned products in time.
    *A: B2C-wholesale.com pays for both the return and redirect shipping cost of only using normal post mail. B: Customer pays for the return shipping cost, B2C-wholesale.com pays for the redirect shipping cost. C: Customer pays for both the return and redirect shipping cost.
